    It’s on 10th Street between 3rd and 4th Ave by an Artists named Crispy T of the Antagonist Movement. The paper gun above to the right is also by the same group.

      thank ya ethan, always like knowing who did what and giving credit where credit is due. wish i had truly noticed the paper gun at the time but i was in a rush to meet up with a buddy. will be sure to shoot it properly the next time i’m in the hood!
